Just wanted to post a thank you for the John McLaughlin interview.
I'm a long-time fan, and his attitude to his music is, as ever, spot on. By all accounts he's a thoroughly decent chap too. More interviews like these please!
How about getting hold of Egberto Gismonti? Another instrumental and compositional genius, and he's been using synths and electric pianos since the 1970s.

Mahavishnu plays Godin MIDI guitars...
I wonder if the label just happens to have "divine" name or
is J.M. connected economically to the company - the story tells
that he "went back to the Godin", has he developed the guitar or even
owns the company? H.
P.s. Noticed that the compay is established by Robert Godin, i.e. the
name is just a pure coincidence. Funny...
