Stupid question but Is it possible to have a separate EQ and FX per oscillator and/or envelop?

why you would need a separate EQ per OSC?
should be the OSC as much matching your sound you want to create, before adding any FX to it?
for the OSC and envelopes you can use the Mod-Matrix.
on the other hand you can always layer up more instances of Spire to get a perfect phat sound.
