Just out of curiosity, do you have your video card to dispay as 32 bit (true color) or 16 bit (high color)?
Don't have Passion Flute nor Pro Tools but that was the first thing that came to mind if it's a GUI issue.
I know that I had issues with Sonar when I used 16 bit color.

Good question. It's 32 bit.

What happens if you open Kontakt standalone, load your saved Multi, play it, then click the [17-32] button to get to PassionFlute?
