I was looking in the Quickstart guide, and looked around at the controls in SM 2.5 but didn't see a way to do this. I want to copy all the parameters of one layer over the other layer.
Is that possible? I wanted to copy layer one to #2 to double-up everything, then tweek one of the layers a bit.
Thanks ahead of time

Yes it is possible!
Go to Layer tab (under Layer 1 or 2), click on the partial presets dropdown. You'll see copy/paste menus there.

I feel embarrassed as I had just read about the partial preset save a couple days ago, but didn't think of using that to copy the whole layer in parts.kv331 wrote:Yes it is possible!

It would be nice if there was a button to do that, but this will work. Just have to copy 4 partial preset settings (unless I am missing a section somewhere), and then paste them in the other layer one at a time.

copy paste works, you dont have to load/save presets for that.
