external hardware midi control

Hi,
I am looking for a a vst which can be able to send a set of different midi control messages to different midi channels when recalled on a certain preset.
I need this to control external hardware processors from my midi host ( Audiomulch).

I have the feeling that in the PizMidi plugin collection there is something that can work like this but I am encountering a few problems and would need some help.
First, which is the plugin you suggest ?
I have been testing Midi TriggerList but I am not sure it is the right one.
