Expansion Sets

Hi,

i'm interessted into some expansion sets.
I am a Wusik Station user and have the v5 engine already.

So for instance if I'd like to get the "UX3 Expansion: Movie Orchestrals Series"
do I need to purchase also the UX3 library version first or can I use the expansion without the base library and my wusik engine?
