Delivery delay buying AL 2.0 online. eSellerate downtime?

It's been several hours since I used the Expert Sleepers License Manager application to pay for the AL2.0 upgrade. I received an online order confirmation but still now Serial Number. And when monitoring my VISA account I can see that it has not yet been billed. I also requested my Order History from eSellerate but this purchase is not listed, yet.

Does someone have any experience with this? Is such a delay normal with eSellerate? Should I trust the online order confirmation and simply wait for eSellerate to pick it up? Or should I try buying the upgrade again? Would I then be risking to pay double price?

Yes, I finally. It seems my web browser (Safari) did not print out the eSellerate Order Conrimation page correctly on my screen (or if it was a graphic card bug in my G5...?) so I never saw the last button I was supposed to hit. So I thought that page was there to confirm my order (as completed) when in fact the real purpose of that page was to urge me to finally confirm my order. LOL.... what a stupid situation. Anyway, I've got my 2.0 working no and is totally happy (yep, just like that)

Looking forward to check out the scripting and OSC port stuff by building a four track looper in some host.
