Prefs in DEMO mode?

I am running 1.8.0 in demo mode and do not see the options for the MIDI input channel in the PREFS dialog.

I am also not seeing any response from the plug when my controller is sending CC's on channel 1. I have tried CC's 12 and 18.

I can see the data using a MIDI monitor in the host.



My setup is as follows:

OS=XP
HOST= Plogue Bidule 0.9655
CONTROLLER= M-AUDIO Trigger Finger

Unfortunately the VST versions of v1.8 don't respond to MIDI - only the AU version does.

(This is actually mentioned in the manual, which is well worth a read if you're evaluating the demo.)

I've already implemented this feature for the VST versions of the next version (v1.9?), so rest assured it will work for you eventually.

Thanks for the tip and the quick reply.

I guess I wasn't reading the manual carefully enough!


I look forward to the 1.9 release. This plug is very musical and MIDI control would make it a "must have".
