touchpad 2 midi does not work on hp530 laptop

Hi!

I have hp 530 laptop.
It's have synaptics touchpad.
I installed the touchpad to midi software,and Maple Virtual Midi Cable also,and when I turn on the caps lock,the touchpad switch to midi device.
But I can't use the 'x-y' controllers,they are don't work.The midi device is switched on in ableton,of course.

I hope it's clear,what is my problem.

It might help to install a a synaptics driver if you haven't already. Unfortunately the main reason this plugin is free, is that it's not very compatible and very hard to make it so because of the many different touchpads and drivers out there, so I can't really help you.
