Good old Muzys does.
About any program that can use the Soundmanager natively does.
SonicWorx (which can host VSTs and is now free) does, if you install the (also free) Prosoniq Mac OS X Classic ASIO driver.
You can also use the Prosoniq Mac OS X Classic ASIO driver with any other program. With one it works, with another it doesn't - just try. Also, with one version of OSX it works better, with another it works less.
Only restriction in most of the cases is that you get a bit of latency between pressing the start button and actual playing. Also, I wouldn't recommend trying to play instruments live. But if you are used to enter notes mainly by mouse or work mostly with prerecorded audio, then its just fine.
