I need help finding a link I lost...

I found a link somewhere in this forum to an editor that helped build VST-GUI's (just drag and drop components).

I was fooling around with it, and I deleted it prematurely - and now I can't find the link!!

Can someone help me? I've been searching everywhere - and I can't remember how I found it previously!!
