Synthmaster One crashes when loading a custom preset

I just bought Synthmaster One yesterday and I made a preset and saved it to the default preset folder. The sound was working just fine. I then reloaded the plugin in Fl Studio 20 and it crashed. Specifically:

This plugin is disabled because of an error during processing version 2.6.3.1188.

All other default presets and banks work fine. Just the one I created causes this error. Is there a way to fix this?
