Bought the upgrade but can't download without a serial number

I have owned a Synthmaster Player license for some time.

I recently bought the Everything Bundle Upgrade in the Spring Sale. The marketing emails I received from KV331 said that that bundle included SynthMaster 2.9 and SynthMaster One (and SynthMaster 3 when it becomes available). Quote:

SynthMaster Everything Bundle contains SynthMaster 2.9, SynthMaster One v1.2, 31 SynthMaster 2.9 preset expansion banks and free upgrade to SynthMaster 3 when it it released at the end of 2019!

After purchasing the Everything Bundle I received an email with download links for Synthmaster 2.9 and Synthmaster One. I can't download those products because the download page requests a serial number which I don't have.

What am I missing? How do I find out my serial numbers?
