Support issue

I sent a support request back in August to change my registered email address and had a response from Gercek a few days later saying it had been done, along with a new serial. However, I was unable to use those details to download Synthmaster.

I have sent a number of emails following up to try and get the problem sorted, but have had no further response since 9th September.

I have also tried to use the contact-us form on your website, but every time I submit the request I receive a "404 Page not found" error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. The ticket request number was 39045.

So, I wound up getting access to Synthmaster again by purchasing a cheap bundle. Not the best solution but I needed access. It would be nice if I could get access at least to the preset packs that I'd bought with my first copy, and maybe resell the other license that I no longer need...

This has been going on for the best part of a month and my email messages appear to be being ignored.
