Activation Issues

I am having some trouble activating sylenth in fl studio. whenever I enter my key I get a response saying "unable to download activation data. Please check your internet connection and fire wall settings." I have an internet connection yet this shows up. I have disabled the firewall, and made exclusions to my DAW but yet there is no changes. I cannot activate offline because I am on the monthly payment plan. I have spent hours trying to fix this.If someone could screen share and help that would be great.
