Hi,
I purchased and downloaded Sylenth 1 (3.066) today and installed it on my 2011 iMac and on my 2011 MacBook Air, both on High Sierra 10.13.6. I'm using GarageBand 10.13.4 (latest version).
I have the following problems on both computers:
- If I load the Sylenth 1 AU it seems to start normally
- the default preset after the start works
- but I do not see any preset names (screenshot attached)
- if I open the Factory Presets menu there are just tons of entries called "Pres: 0: <Program 001> and counting up. And regardless of which preset I choose it's not working. No sound at all.
- the preset folder is empty!
- I already reinstalled Sylenth 3 times on both computers
- next problem: If I change the skin or window size of Sylenth everything is reset after a restart of GarageBand
- no update within Sylenth possible:

Sylenth 1 presets not working, preset folder empty, settings not beeing saved...

Hi,
You're clicking on Logic's preset selector, instead of Sylenth1's. Logic can't read the preset names and you should not use that list. Instead just click on the preset name in the center of Sylenth1's user interface to get a list of the presets.
What happens if you create a new empty project and add 1 instance of Sylenth1? Does it load the preset names correctly? If not, please try uninstalling Sylenth1 completely:

Then re-install the latest version and try again.
The preset folder is empty because all included presets are contained in the FactoryBank soundbanks. Click MENU -> Bank -> Factory and select one of the banks to load it.
As for the skin, you need to click MENU -> Set As Default Skin/Size to set the currently selected skin and size as the default for the next instance of Sylenth1 you start. In a project you can use a different skin for each instance.
Not sure about the updates question, it works fine here. What exactly do you click and where does that message show?
