Hello Nix!
That's good news.
Very astonishing that this "extremeley well pitching plugin"
got nearly lost. That would have been very sad. This is
one of your best (even if you created it from an algo of MyCo)!
Would be great if you could excavate it somewhere - maybe
take out the bug (which I didn't notice ... ) (hop?)- but anyway:
If you could find it and place it back on your website it could
benefit some musicians to an awesome extent. And please:
Let the UI just as it is (in minimalistic grey).
enroe.
PM: Please send greetings to MyCo!

sounds really good to keep it-
I'll just do that tiny fix and keep it available in this form too then.
It did distort for 5 secs in yesterday's testing, but it could have been my soundcard.
I'm making the attempt to keep all my plugin art available in perpetuity,
this will be in there.
Thanks for reminding me!
The 'hop' is usually used for an optimisation.
It skips samples for 128 here, delivering a new value every 128, instead of each sample.
The number of samples needs to be power of 2, and it was originally 100,
so that could have be the bug.
Please keep an eye on us Flowstone devs, the new version is coming along so well.
I'll link the x64 ver of this here in the next couple of days

Wooaaah! That is very generous - more than can be expectednix808 wrote: I'll link the x64 ver of this here in the next couple of days
ever! I think that some musicians - also at the reaper forum -
are waiting for it.
Nick: Thanks so much!

Cool plug! I had picked it up ages ago & had totally forgotten about it.
Glad I still had it in my dead plugins folder!
If we grovel hard enough, any chance of you resurrecting it?

so many samples, so little time....

It's no problem at all,
glad we could find it.
This kinda thing is done by re-rendering the sound with RAM and a counter.
Maik has done it very neat, all in DSP code.
I will re-release this in what should be 2 days, just like it is(was),
with the bugfix and x64 ver
What kind of thing does grovelling involve? heh
maybe u could give me a step up to reach the top shelf heh
we could all end up on the floor
sounds like a cunning plan imo
just a tick, I'll tidy it

got it to work. nice plugin! is there a manual? i'm asking especially because i don't quite get how the graphical envs work - or differently spoken - what they're working on. it seems they have influence on the level?
and 4 things i miss:
- a parameter where i can set the phase in the wavetables
- a micro delay, to align the micro position of the "body" osc to the "click" osc
- a curve parameter for the pitch env
- a real noise generator (for convincing claps and snares)
and one thing - the knobs react very wide on mouse move. for in-depth micro-editing i almost always have to use shift, and even then it's sometimes too broad, especially on the pitch amount and the pitch decay.
other than that this is extremely nice for club kicks. good work.

oh nice!
Yeppy, the graphical envelopes are amplitude, with time multiplier in seconds.
Thanks for the suggestions- I'll try to implement/fit in UI all of them
Sorry, there's no manual yet
Glad you could coax some percussion out of it, seems I can improve it from here for us
With the knobs, I'll provide a setting for individual preference. Johhie and I always have a contention about it. Usually I make them move too little for him.
Hope u enjoy the tech Brok, and thanks for the encouragement

to be precise - i don't mean the lower ones with the sliders - i mean the envs above them with the nodes and the lines, etc...nix808 wrote:oh nice!

wow, that would be nice. btw, with delay i mean a delay in milliseconds, adjustable in 0.01 steps... so that one can fine align the individual envs...nix808 wrote:Thanks for the suggestions- I'll try to implement/fit in UI all of them
ah, don't worry... i thought i'd ask...nix808 wrote:Sorry, there's no manual yet
i do already - and thanks for being so open minded. curious if you can make it fit according all the suggestions i made...nix808 wrote:Glad you could coax some percussion out of it, seems I can improve it from here for us

The new features will come about after this month,
I plan to keep developing for sure-
so this is one project I'll try to reconcile.
yeppy- the multi segment graphical envelopes with curves and points are amplitude envs,
there is a 'time' setting for their length in the row of knobs underneath.
Thanks for mentioning how the delay should happen, an edit box may be necessary to punch in the delay as a float, ie. it will have decimal places
