I just saw it. Sorry I am slow on PMs sometimes. Any esoundz requests really should be sent to Allen the support manager who will not only give a prompt reply but also he's really good at making sure everyone is happy and does his best to accommodate any requests. I am posting this response here instead of in PM because it might be helpful to others posting esoundz support/sales requests in PM or in the forum to me. I don't handle that stuff directly. That's Allen's job and many people will agree he's really good at it!
