Well, it happens very very rarely but the site has been down all day as you may have seen. It should be back up soon (hopefully tonight). We're extending our RMX $10 Pak sale through the weekend and also doing the REX Style Paks for $10 too (not the full R.A.W. titles, just the REX versions only).
If you're having trouble reaching Allen you can try his other email: allen (at) sonicreality (dot) com. Although it's the end of the day and tomorrow will most likely be when he can reply. Sorry about the set back. We'll make up for it with some killer deals this weekend.
Edit Update: Some issues with the server still so the site may not be back up until mid-day Friday (EST).
