I've just noticed that the Groove Monkee MIDI download in My Downloads area has been updated - 05 November 2010
On looking at the download. it now contains Type 0 (= a single track) and type 1 (= 1 or more tracks) files.
I can see that the Type 0 files contain notes on Channel 01 and the Type 1 files contain notes on channel 10. But I have not yet found any multi-track files.
Squids, I wonder whether I need both types. Can you describe the differences between these two types of files in the Download?

Actually I'm not sure. Good question for Russ from Groove Monkee!

Hello,
For ease of use I added the type 0 files because some DAWs/drum modules seem to work better with them. You can use either one...whichever one works best for you and your particular software.
