question with ocean way drums/infinite player

hi there, this is a recurrent problem I have when using Ocean Way drums/infinite player: sometimes I will load a kit and the only thing that will play is the kick drum. load a different kit and it may or may not work. get frustrated and move onto something else. maybe a week later I'll open that project again and the kit works fine.

not sure what's going on. it worked great for awhile and I haven't changed anything on my computer (same OS, no updates, same version of Kontakt Player I had when I got ocean way,...).

If only the kick is sounding then check the MIDI Input channels and audio output channels for the other kit pieces. And make sure that the Kontakt/IP Mixer outputs are connected to / routed to audio outputs in your host.

thanks a bunch. it's working at the moment, so can't try your advice (but will file it away for future use). has anyone else had this problem before? why would the ins and outs turn themselves off?
