Drum Masters - patch updates to DM2 now on eSoundz

For those of you with kits and grooves from the original Drum Masters (i.e. not Drum Masters 2) the patches to upgrade to DM2 should now be in your eSoundz Downloads area. They are labelled "Patches Only 09/20/2010".

I've got a question: A few months ago the DM to DM2 patches for the MT kits were posted on the Sonic Reality web site. The SR downloads have a slightly different size from the eSoundz equivalent. For example, for the Jerry Marotta Multitrack Brush Kit-

• SR file size: 5,213,004
• eSoundz: 5,212,537

I have previously installed the MT patches from the Sonic Reality page.

• Do I need to install the MT patches from eSoundz too? Or are they the same thing?
• If they are, I wonder why the sizes are different? If they are different, then what is the difference?
