Room Mic Slightly Panned Left

I'm curious if anyone else has noticed this issue and if there is a fix. I have the Vinny Appice, RM, and Neil Peart kits. The snare and some kicks in all these kits are panned slightly left in the room mic. Is this just due to the mic setup during recording or is it issue that can be fixed? If anyone else has ran into this, would greatly appreciate any info. Thx.
