delay 3 bug ..modulating filter only works when GATE ON is received

Just like some older fruity plugs , some parameters are only processed when there is an actual gate ON event .
This is also the case with delay 3 modulating the filter frequency .
Play a synth sound with a long release setting ( don't hold the note/gate) ..--> modulating the filter freq. has no effect
