Automating the reverb,delay, etc, out of a section of audio?

Question I posted at The Recording Revolution: " At about 4min. You seem to be automating the reverb and delay, out of that section. Is this just a simple automation of the channel/send, that the reverb and Delay is on? Thanks!"
I believe I've answered, my own question, but I wanted to make sure.
But, I have another question: How to do this in, FL Studio?
