Hi, just purchased Slicex in your big end-of-the-world sale, was really excited to try it, and found it will run once, and then nothing but error messages, running either as standalone or as VSTI. I can re-install it and it will run once again. On my Win XP machine, I receive these error messages:
---------------------------
JUCEWindow: Slicex.exe - Application Error
---------------------------
The instruction at "0x01316aba" referenced memory at "0x01930410". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
---------------------------
OK Cancel
---------------------------
And then:
---------------------------
Error
---------------------------
Runtime error 216 at 01316ABA
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
And finally,
Error!
An error occurred when trying to load the plugin module!
OK
---------------------------
Any help would be appreciated.

This ain't the official Image Line Forums. Take it over there and you'll get an answer within minutes typically.frog_jr wrote:Although I suppose if it's the end of the world, your plans for customer service aren't all that extensive.

Beg pardon. Had some difficulty logging on to their forum. I'm there now.wasi wrote:This ain't the official Image Line Forums.
