Can't authorize USAMO on new computer

I've had USAMO for a couple of years and apparently have forgotten which computer it was authorized on. I've tried a couple of old ones I still have but neither is it so it probably is a computer that I no longer own. Is there any way of de-authorizing the plugin on all machines so I can authorize on my current one?
