Event recorder

I'm having a problems recording the output from midi generators and arps in a rack. I put bluearp in the top slot then the midi event recorder and last the vst synth. I have tried with and without play pressed, clicked on everything I can on the event recorder. Is there anything in the Docs about it? As I can only find a brief mention of the midi event recorder. I have had it recording in the past, but those brain cells have died long time ago.

i had the same problem. here is solution:
the first track contains source notes (choose target module/kirnu), the second track is generate (and record) from kirnu (or bluarp in your case).

Thanks guys, both of the above worked. I'd not clicked on the main record, in my mind I had it that the red button on the event recorder should have activated the recorder

By involving the main record button, things get synced well.
