I'm new to MuLab and can't figure out how to run 2 MIDI Keyboards with different VST plugins. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe it's not even possible? Thanks.

So do a midi setup, and assign one to each its own channel. Once you have that, in the modular window you will have a midi one and a midi 2 (controllers). Just do a drag and drop for routing from each key board to your desired plugin and you should be golden. Are you running en external midi controller or the something like asio4all? You may have to do some enabling there.

1) Make sure you have enabled your both MIDI keyboards in MuLab menu -> MIDI Setup.
2) In Project menu -> Edit MIDI Input Channel Targets.
Using this dialog you can define a specific target rack/plugin for each incoming MIDI channel.
