I can get something vaguely happing in Reaper but no sound... No idea how to fix Reaper, though.

Doesn't thoroughly resetting Reapers's plugin cache solve the issue? Cfr the suggestions to Jonathan.

I've not tried -- It sees the inputs and outputs but the audio doesn't appear to route, so I'm not sure what the issue is. I'll try again at some point - it certainly took a couple of goes to get Reaper to even see the ins/outs, so it may just be the cache.
