Loading or installing soundbanks to menu

I've been using sylenth 1 for a few years, but this update I lost my favorite soundbank. It's located in my downloads. I cannot move it to the correct folder to make it useful. It says in their directions to move it there with notepad. Notepad gives me a hiroglific (sp) code. How does one move that. I am old and lost and don't remember doing this before.
