Cubase bug out of nowhere. Has anybody experienced this?

I just developed an issue couple days ago where the regular Time Warp was moving events in musical time-based tracks, had to trash and rebuild prefs.
I know specifically which one applies but I did the whole of it anyway.

There is still no way to toggle all tracks, so with very many tracks it's ridiculous.

I demoed Cubase 10 for the whole month, it's very stable for as low a point version as it is atm.
