NOTHING.
Mix needs to be sounding like a master in all the other ways except volume/limit

Exactly the reason I have nothing on my master bus. The only thing I am interested in doing in my DAW is mixing; mastering is something I take to another tool (Ozone in my case).legendCNCD wrote: ↑Mon Feb 18, 2019 1:44 pm NOTHING.

I keep on s(M)exoscope, Fabfilter Pro-Q3 for analysis.
Everything else is season to taste, usually a UAD ATR-102 at the end.

A simple EQ (currently Overtone's AF210) in case I want to do any last-minute high/low pass filtering, Kotelnikov GE, Slick EQ M and lastly Barricade 4 as a true-peak limiter (usually with tape saturation on 'cause it sounds sooo good).

Slate Digital VTM, VBC and VMR, I like the way they bring everything together and add depth.

Lately:
Airwindows Console Buss (and its variants), to "decode" the instances of Console Channel
IK Buss Comp (particularly for M/S compression, to boost/hype the sides a bit)
IK 432 EQ - for high-shelf boosting and very transparent changes
Airwindows Spiral - for peak limiting and extra analog-esque mojo
Kazrog True Iron - just makes everything sound better
Voxengo SPAN - metering etc.
