Never really needed support from them yet but sorry to hear about the issues.

I still do not have a replacement fo the Big Rock Phase shifter and am happy it still works nicely here in Windows 10 64-bit and the latest versions of my hosts.

FWWI VPS Avenger seems to contain a bunch of effects made by Arts Acoustic which mostly i do see as seperate products at their own website.
