I'm on PC so I can't use Enveloper, but I'm looking for something with a similar ability to drastically change the attack. Like, something that can take a quick percussive attack and turn it into something gentle and smooth/gradual.
Anything like this on PC?

That would work, but the material is polyphonic, so when using a gate the initial transient is tamed correctly, but subsequent transients while the gate is open aren't. (I had tried this using Unfiltered Audio's G8, which otherwise worked a treat.)
A well-behaved signature.

I'm not very familiar with enveloper but envolution from sonnox is pretty much everything you could want for envelope shaping or transient design. Duck by devious machines is amazing at envelope shaping but it works best on percussive sources. Still a great tool.

Transient Master is good, but Bittersweet goes fast to distortion country the last time I tested it.. like not enough resolution? Others I have not tested.
