After recently discovering this developer and trying some demos, I found the quality to be very high. Then, an attractive sale began, and I rapidly began demoing products, as well as purchasing some. This prompted the company to begin sending me vouchers that I could combine with the already low sales prices. When the dust settled, I spent $343 total for the following plugs:
ACME Opticon XL3 Compressor
BX Opto Compressor
Black Box Analog Design HG-3
BX Digital V3
Maag Audio EQ4
BX Rockrack Amp Sim
BX Shred Spread
That amounts to $49 a plug, which seems more than fair for what I ended up with.
The HG-3 has justly been praised on this forum -- the sparkle that it adds is very clear. The ACME does something similar in adding analog warmth -- an overused term to be sure, but these units work better for me than something like Vintage Warmer ever did by a long shot.
The BX Digital I was initially more lukewarm about, but with further use, it has immediately corrected some phase issue and sonic problems in previously mixed material.
The Rockrack has taken the place of my TH3 on most of my tracks. The TH3 sounds harsher and more artificial to my ears.
The BX Opto I feel works very well on my voice. I have always appreciated the effort and skill that went into the MUJC, but for me it offers too much coloration and makes my voice sound obviously compressed. The Fab Filter compressor, at least for me, is the other extreme -- it doesn't add much musical dimension. The BX Opto sits in the middle of those two extremes comfortably.
Finally, the Maag 4 to my ears justifies the hype that its "air band" has gotten. It adds a genuine sparkle and lift when placed at the end of my vocal chain. (I think I will use it almost exclusively on vocals, as the Fab Filter Pro-Q is my go to EQ generally.)
Here's a cut from my last record that I have remixed using some of these plugs. The Black Box and the BX Digital are resident on the master buss, and the vocal chain is: (1) Fab Filter Pro-Q to deal with problem frequencies; (2) Black Box for some analog warmth; (3) the BX Opto; (4) a touch of Fab Filter Pro-R; and (5) the Maag 4 for some final sparkle.

I just got Digital V3 and am completely amazed with it. Wishing I had grabbed HG-3 but I'll grab it in one of the next sales.
And now that you've spend +300 you'll get $50 monthly vouchers! You'll be able to pick up some nice deals with those
Also, nice track and mix!

Thanks very much, Nathan. Agree with you on the V3. There is so much going on with it that it's hard to know where to start, but the pre-sets do offer an excellent starting point. Also notable is that it is a widening tool in addition to being an EQ.

I demo-ed the SandMan, and it didn't seem to offer me anything beyond Echoboy Jr., but obviously mileage may very. I haven't demoed Phil's Cascade, but it seems to be one of their flagship tools. At some point, I'm going to try to discipline myself to work with what I've got instead of buying more (famous last words of course).

Technically, PA is not a "developer" but an aggregate site distributing plugins from Unfiltered Audio, Brainworx, Elysia, SPL and few others

There's a few of the BX and Unfiltered Audio plug-ins I'd like but until PA revert their NFR on selling licenses I'm not going to buy them (plus I'm skint at the moment) only paid plug in I have is the DSM v2

The ACME, HG-2 and bx_digital were/are a good price, but you could have gotten the others for far less if you were shrewd. I believe Shredspread gets down to $9 you can get Maag 4 and bx_opto in the Buy & Sell all day for cheap. But hey... enjoy
