You can replace all the Scripts with Empty…, which will get rid of the existing interface, but won't make it easy to select individual sounds (which probably IS easy—the existing snaps do still select different layers, but they all play at once polyphonically, often quite lovely), but I think the easiest thing to do is simply copy all the samples from individual Groups (found and selected as a list [see the 2nd grab] for editing from the button circled in the 1st screen grab below)…I wonder if it's possible to disable the sequencer so the sounds can be mapped and played across the keyboard either manually or triggered from outside the library.
…then paste and save them into a new empty instrument, where you can play them with any other scripts you want, or just as is, with any Kontakt FX, etc. Or paste them into some other Kontakt instrument and use whatever scripts are already there. This can get complex, but In Session, bless 'em, make it super easy to select, and copy the Riff Gen samples…as you can see in the 2nd grab:
In Session and PluginGuru are two companies that provide excellent videos on how to use Kontakt, esp. how to leverage the content of Kontakt libraries you already own. Search 'em on YouTube. I particularly like this one:

EDIT: Next thing to try is pasting different samples from other libraries into Riff Gen Groups:)
