We are happy to announce to you our newest effect plugin: Pre X7



Pre X7 is an analog modelled preamplifier based on an iconic vintage tube unit primarily designed for bass guitar that we modified to make it working with several audio sources.

Both input and output 12AX7 tube models are calculated in real-time, bringing you all the subtle non-linearities that will make each instance of this plugin unique without phase issues. An high-pass filter followed by a Tone control lets you shape the input signal before the output tubes. Furthermore, we included a brickwall clipping limiter to help you retain the distortion on extreme settings.

Liking what I hear so far, very impressed with each one sounding slightly different as the discription says on plugin boutique. One thing I've ran into is it sounds like the wet/dry control isn't quite in phase on hq setting, sounds alright in non hq mode. On logic pro 10.4.2, sierra 10.12.6.

Wow!! This is one heck of a bargain at 90% off Had a 10 minute play with it on the snare of Roland's 808 plugin and could get a whole variety of great sounds out of it. One thing I would really like would be more range on the INPUT and OUTPUT. I found that, at one point, I needed to reduce the output by more than -24 dB to get the levels pre/post plugin to match. Perhaps the option of range of -36/+36 dB?
