Yes, Texture 1.5 is free to all existing customers. Just download and run the new installer, and if you've previously authorised Texture, it'll work as per usual.

Texture isn't designed to use very long samples as texture sources, and because samples are loaded into memory rather than streamed, we've imposed an arbitrary limit on the length of sound that can be loaded.

If you find that limit is too restrictive, let us know and we'll consider changing it.
