crusherX always crashed Logic now, since version 10.3 which was released a few days ago. Argggghhhh...

Add that to the list of hosts it doesn't work in on Mac now

So it seems development of crusherX has been discontinued, if true that would totally suck, I mean like really really suck - it's still my favorite granulator out there by a million miles and I've tried them all.

Shame? Did I not write "if true" - it was merely a speculation from a worried crusherX power user, the latest update happened long ago, so that speculation might be true, maybe I'm wrong -> which I hope for.

I hope this isn't the case, he seems unresponsive publicly (last response to my bug reports was back in September) but hopefully he is working behind the scenes on fixes. Development does seem slow though so it is worrying.

I just contacted Jörg (the developer) via e-mail and asked him what is happening, better than speculating for another week.

He just got back to me, they are working on a fix but it can take a while. Until then I'll use the former version of Logic whenever I need crusherX.

crusherX-Mac! 5.7 fixes Logic 10.3 crash and probably other hosts. Please let us know if it works for you.

Free download available as 5.7 Demo and free for 5.x customers. Customer can download new version like it is described in the delivery mail.

The update fix thr Logic X 10.3 crash on my Mac. And even better: crusherX now works in Freestyle without any problems!
