I just have a simple question regarding the Triple EQ 4 plug-in as I don't really know where to ask this question.

How do I create additional bands in the plug-in?

As the name suggests, it is a 3 bands EQ, so you cannot add more bands.

Sorry I phrased question incorrectly ahah. What I meant was, when I open the plug-in, it has only 1 band, and I don't know how to add 2 more additional bands, could you please help me?

The Bass and Treble bands can be controlled with the arrows that are available on the left and right of the graph. You can also use the knobs when displayed:
