Heads up! We have started a new series of video tutorials for Axiom with our partner, Guitare Obsession. Julien Bitoun will show you how to reproduce the legendary guitar tones of your dreams with our software.
Today's video is about the almighty "Plexi" Sound, check it out!

(you can get the free plexi presets here). Enjoy!

I have a (stupid) question too:
Is there an ugrade path from Axiom to the Axe Pack bundle? I was so quickly convinced by the demo that I bought Axiom straight away. Only after that purchase (that I'm very happy with) I saw the Bundle and hated myself for impulse buying without at least exploring the web page further.
Now that I have explored the website in all details, I coudn't find an upgrade pricing from Axiom to the bundle. Am I looking in the right place? Does it just not exist (yet)?
Thanks!

There is indeed currently no upgrade path directly available from the website. But please drop us an email and we'll setup something for you!

It looks like plugging a "real" guitar pedals straight into Axiom works pretty well too!

That is quite a phaser! I should see about getting close to that sound with either the integrated phaser effect and/or with AudioThing Phase Motion.Blue Cat Audio wrote:It looks like plugging a "real" guitar pedals straight into Axiom works pretty well too!

I’ve also had nice results using a Digitech FreqOut pedal with Axiom.

By the way we have uploaded a new preview of Axiom 1.1 (expected to be released soon), with a couple of surprises! There is also a new preview of Destructor. Check out the download page (link received by email upon purchase), and please send us feedback!

Using Axiom with IK Multimedia's hardware UNO synth
is so much fun, the EU might make it illegal
Really a great portable powerhouse synth, and
when combined with all that Axiom provides,
it's an invitation to pulsing basslines,
searing leads, dancing sequences, evolving ambience,
with new thought processes and a sizeable
wipe-board useful to get a grip on things.
I'm sure the many other portable hardware synths,
Korgs, Arturia, Waldorf, Behringer, etc
would be happily used.
Cheers
