Is there a way to delete a specific reply?
Say I have 8 replies setup, but I want to remove only #2 and #5. I can't seem to figure out how to do that.
I know that I can bypass/mute it, but I would prefer the visual clutter to be removed.

You cannot "remove" a reply. You can however quickly replace it by another one and then decrease the number of replies: if you click on the circle including the name of the reply (R1, R2 etc.) there is a dropdown menu that includes copy/paste capabilities.
So in your case you can copy/paste replies #7 and #8 to #2 and #5 and then decrease the number of replies to 6 instead of 8.
Hope this helps!

If you could consider reply deleting for an update that'd be very useful I think.

This thing is nuts!!
So much fun...and that's just playing through the presets in demo mode.
Tried dropping D16 Antresol in one of the the AU slots and it worked great. That ability to use external plugins makes this so much more than just a delay.
Fantastic stuff

The Groove3 course for Destructor was very helpful for me in using that plugin and wrapping my head around it. Any chance you're working with Groove3 on a course for this plugin? It seems there are enough features here to warrant at least an hour's worth of detailed instruction.

That's indeed something we are thinking about. Have you already checked the complete walk through and two other tutorials below? That's already 35 minutes of tutorials that cover the main features and specifics o fthe plug-in:

Minor bug encountered:
Running in Cubase 8 on 64-bit Windows. Insert a Late Replies inside Late Replies. Click on the X (close) in the hosted instance window and the whole thing (including the host Late Replies) disappears. Workaround: click Hide Editor in host Late Replies in the slot for the hosted Late Replies and the host window remains visible.
