screen plug in problem

hi everybody , i need some help :
when i open diva or massive on my muse , the plug doesn't appear correctly on the screen. i can't work correctly , i have just the top of the plug in. I ve try all’the Wide ... the all screen is well dimensioned, only the diva and massive are in the bottom of the window
i don't know how to insert an image sorry.
does anyone have an idea ?
