help reseting

I bought a receptor 2 with kontakt complete on reverb about 3 years ago.
It never came with an ilok and only about half the plugins work.
I can't connect to the hard drive because it just says searching and fizzles with no error and when I try to direct install it says i need to run as an admin (which i am doing)
any help would be appreciated.
