If no one get you what you want - bump this thread in a month or so and I'll see what I can find. I have a bunch up in the attic - but it's too damn cold to mess around up there at the moment.

I think I still have some old CDs/DVDs from Computer Music in my shelf. I will have a look later in the evening.

That would be cool, thanks crisis, if you could let me know what issue number they are that would help a lot. Just buying a job lot from someone else so ideally wouldn't want to buy the same ones twice.
Thanks
Thanks

Be aware that optical disks can become unreadable on some tracks after the years, personal experience.

If it's any help, Computer Music doesn't update the plug-ins that come with the CDs/DVDs unless the vendor gives them an update--which apparently, is rare. I was able to confirm this by asking CM (for over 3 weeks) if anything is ever updated. They eventually confirmed that it wasn't.
So, even if you got access to the software tomorrow, some of it is still from 2012...or the previous decade. Of course, if you're looking for a particular piece of software, you may need the older CDs/DVDs, but as someone else mentioned, be aware that some of those discs may be unreadable now.

Yes, it's usually with duplicated CDs/DVDs (the kind you make yourself) as opposed to replicated ones, but I've seen photos and reports of professionally made discs suffering "disc rot", too. It's not as common, and there's no particular reason to believe CM discs suffer from it any more than others, of course. I think someone mentioned it just in case the OP was considering spending a considerable sum of money to get the discs shipped to him.
This short piece shows that even discs from EMI were susceptible to it: https://motherboard.vice.com/en_us/arti ... -old-discs

Very interesting, thanks Steve, didn't know about that.
Plugin wise i'm not fussed, i'm not after the free plugins they supply, just the samples really on the discs.

Ah, then you’ll almost certainly want the older discs, if you can get them. While CM did (and still does) make the samples downloadable, they don’t necessarily have the older libraries available on-line.
Good luck in your search!

Managed to find quite a lot online so far of people selling job lots, so it's been good. Not a massive deal breaker or anything i just thought i'd have a look at them.
