Birotron VST?

Was there ever a Birotron plugin? I suppose some of it is sampled within the GForce M-Tron plugin or maybe the extra banks for it anyway, but I wondered if there was a separate plugin made just for the Birotron sounds.

In 2004 someone said M-Tron vol.1 contains some Birotron samples.
