From what I've read in this thread, with a wife and child, you are already successful. You're doing just fine.

And you've seen now that much of your anxiety was the result of misunderstandings. Taking a step away from things can really help. No, it's not always you, but sometimes it has been - and you've really stepped up in saying sorry to those who felt they needed an apology.
