i have a folder of music identified as "modal" on a CDR i found, and i have no idea who this is. Does anyone know? The most unique file name is "slow-motion meth lab explosion". At first, i thought it was Bicycle for Slugs, based on the song name, but that seems not to be the case. The music is instrumental, electronic, and somewhat energetic and erratic. Google and DuckDuckGo hasn't helped.

Ar first I thought of "sounds like a soundtrack for the Breaking Bad TV show". But then on second thought no... Walter White is supposed to be super-good at making meth. On third thought maybe yes... Walter White was a beginner at some point?
I didn't see Breaking Bad on TV. I saw incomplete clips at YouTube.

Walter White was a chemistry teacher, so I would assume he already had some safety experience, Ha ha ha
Also:
I don’t think Shazam has been exposed to all the music I’ve collected from internet artists. It has failed me in that context before.

I'm still trying to identify this... Anyone else have any ideas?

FWIW, the only thing that Bicycle For Slugs reminds me of is Fuzzpilz of legendary VSTi Oatmeal fame:

Archive.org has various incarnations of his old bicycle-for-slugs.org site, but this one seems to be the most complete:

Don't know if that helps much or at all

Yeah, I went through the archives. I don’t think it’s Fuzzpilz.

There’s certainly a theme there... I don’t think it’s the same person. Also, this song title I’ve been using to search doesn’t come up there either.

I’m starting to wonder if I should upload it to somewhere so people can have a listen for themselves. I assume it was freely available in the first place.

Maybe it's from a random internet person on a random internet forum?

Yeah, it's seeming that way, but no one takes the credit, and this is the only *forum* I've ever downloaded music from over most of my internet music years. I will upload it to DropBox so people can have a listen.
