Amram,
Assuming these are Repro-5 patches, I copied them into Repro-5's presets folder. Thank you, I will try them later.

and the names of the presets from here:

Thats will be good for the newbies .
file for fact2 attached , more will come.

Am I doing something wrong?! I successfully did the conversion, and added folder with converted .h2p files into folder with user presets for Repro-5, but when I run the synth, it does show those folders I've added, but says there are no presets there
I tried to download and copy presets converted by Amram, but still the same issue...
Interestingly, that was the issue with Repro.... it was showing folders without presets when I restarted the synth... which was a bit confusing. But when I restarted the DAW, the synth started showing presets

Amram,
I'm assuming "set3" is not something I already had; thank you!

Now if someone knowledgeable would make a NI Pro-53 to Repro-5 preset converter ->
I've a TON of great Pro-53 presets.
I've a TON of great Pro-53 presets.

Any Pro-53 presets that use highpass filter or its pretty flexible delay/chorus/flanger wouldn't work.

VST2 version sends MIDI dumps, no? - Just use the right host and MIDI Learn...HunterKiller wrote:Now if someone knowledgeable would make a NI Pro-53 to Repro-5 preset converter ->

Sorry Urs, I have no idea what you are suggesting.

Take a host that lets one send MIDI from one VSTi to another. MIDI Learn Repro to the same CC mapping as Pro53. Dump Pro53 setting via MIDI CCs. Save preset on Repro.HunterKiller wrote:Sorry Urs, I have no idea what you are suggesting.
IIRC Pro53 should allow for this workflow.

Yeah that's easy peasy in Reaper.

Decent, but Freq knobs for oscillators have completely different scaling unfortunately (and obviously this is pretty important for a lot of patches). Pro-53 has +/-24 semitones on the Freq knob (and that's quantized to semitones, no in-between steps), and Osc B only has Fine tune (unipolar from 0 to +100 cents), Osc A doesn't. Is there anything we can do within Repro-1 to combat this? Like, some MIDI CC scaling and quantizing would come in handy (obviously I tried using the "semitones" mode, and it works, but still, Pro-53 covers twice the octave range of Repro-1's Freq knobs).
It's good that we can also MIDI learn the envelope invert on Tweaks page, that matches the Pro-53 invert button, and Pro-53's "Analog" knob can go to "Voice Detune", eheheh. Works great! (Just no highpass button, ehehe - but truthfully not sure how would that work with Repro, it would need to be a jumper, not a chip preset, so that all current filters get a HP mode, for it to match the MIDI dump from Pro-53...)
LFO frequency knob in host sync mode, Repro-1 has many more note values to sync to compared to Pro-53 (so again, different parameter scaling). Also velocity sensitivity is just an on-off button, not a knob. From the manual, it influences both filter and amp: "When engaged, velocity will vary the amplifer envelope by 90%, and the filter envelope by 70%." However, when I set Repro's velocity sensitivity trimpots to those values, I get a wildly different result, so scaling there is completely off...
Another really cool feature Pro-53 has is Env Trig (envelopes being retriggered at LFO rate). Think about it.
